Andrew is a sculpture artist living in Huntsville Alabama. An artist his entire life he has worked in many mediums including pencil, pen, paint, photography, videography, and sculpture. He uses the technical expertise gained from working in the aerospace industry more than 30 years in his works and currently works for National Aeronautics and Space Administration. His work is predominately erotic with several themes from neoclassicism, realism, dadaism, and surrealism.
Film making is another passion of Andrew’s in the diverse areas of the beautiy of the human form and comedy. He uses comic video segments to express commentary on the marketing world we live in, and the perceptions and interactions of people.
Artist Statement
My ambition is to create pieces that focus on the communication contained in a form, or body part. I am fascinated by the reaction to these messages, attaching expectation or ownership. I want to frame these ideologies and incite the viewer to hear them and question their validity.
